Using the latest design of C02 lasers we can apply permanent numbering, marking and individual features to our range of Allplastik-Blitzbinder® quick fasteners, cable ties and marking cable ties in accordance with your specifications. In contrast to printed alternatives, this permanent laser engraving cannot be wiped off and therefore remains on the product permanently and reliably.
Our service, which is certified to DIN ISO 9001, only modifies the colour of the plastic (the colour changes) without removing any material or impairing the functions of our products.
We can engrave products for you to include continuous numbering, the date, batch numbers, etc. on the basis of your text or Excel files. The fonts for this can be freely selected by the customer. The thin laser technology even allows small details such as logos to be engraved, depending on the surface quality.
You will naturally be provided with an appropriate sample for approval each time before the start of series production for the purpose of quality control.
A further highlight is the production of hidden marking. Our laser engraving even allows you to realise this requirement.
